°. Supresión de empleos. Como consecuencia de la fusión de dependencias ordenada, y dentro del término establecido en el artículo 5º de este Decreto el Gobierno Nacional suprimirá los empleos o cargos desempeñados por los empleados públicos, que no fueren necesarios, de acuerdo con el Programa de Supresión de Empleos que para el efecto establezca el Ministro del Interior.
