Art. 40. Destinase el edificio conocido en la ciudad de Panamá con el nombre de "San Juan de Dios" para el local del Colegio Balboa. En consecuencia, el gobernador de aquel Departamento procederá inmediatamente á disponer cuanto se necesite para la adaptación y reparación de dicho edificio, para la adquisición del mobiliario aparente y un gabinete de Física.
