Art. 21. La cuenta denominada Derecho de titulo se debitará acreditando la de El Tesoro por las imputaciones que a esta deberán hacerse de los valores en que consista el espresado derecho. Su crédito lo tendrá de Caja, Cupones o Billetes, que son las especies en que debe satisfacerse el derecho de título. *Los modelos anexos a este decreto se publicarán en otro número del "Diario Oficial". Tambien deberá estar saldada esta cuenta.
