El Juez, a petición del interesado, deberá cerciorarse del cumplimiento del concordato, y para ello podrá inspeccionar la administración, solicitar los informes que considere necesarios y verificar la exactitud de éstos en los libros, por medio de contador público designado por él. Si apareciere incumplimiento, podrá impetrarse la declaración de quiebra.
