º. Adiciónase el artículo 3º del Decreto 1771 de 1994 con el siguiente

Parágrafo

Lo anterior sin perjuicio de que las Entidades Promotoras de Salud y las entidades administradoras de riesgos profesionales convengan el reembolso en virtud de cuentas globales elaboradas con base en estimativos técnicos. En relación con la entidad promotora de salud y la administradora de riesgos profesionales del Instituto de Seguros Sociales, la determinación respectiva podrá ser adoptada por el Consejo Directivo de dicho instituto. En estos casos no se requerirá diligenciar el formulario establecido por la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud.
