La Contraloría General de la República quedará encargada de señalar las normas de contabilidad que estime convenientes, encaminadas a obtenerla fiscalización necesaria y determinará la cuantía de la fianza que debe otorgar el Jefe del Comisariato creado por este Decreto. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
