º. Régimen de transición. Las modificaciones previstas en el presente decreto serán aplicables a partir de la publicación de las instrucciones que imparta la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia para desarrollar las disposiciones establecidas en este decreto. Estas instrucciones deberán impartirse dentro de los seis (6) meses siguientes a la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto.
