Artículo primero. Sostiénese la campaña de saneamiento de Barrancabermeja, con el siguiente personal y gastos: Mensual. Un Director $ 180.00 Un Revisor 100.00 Guatro Inspectores Sanitarios, a $ 60. 260.00 Para jornales de saneamiento 285.00 Total $ 825.00

Parágrafo

El Médico Director de esta Comisión tendrá funciones y atribuciones de Médico de Sanidad Nacional.
