Las oposiciones deberán formalizarse con la presentación de la demanda correspondiente, a más tardar dentro del mes siguiente a la fecha en que sean recibidas por el Tribunal las diligencias respectivas. Si así no se hiciere, el opositor perderá definitivamente cualquier derecho que pudiera tener sobre el subsuelo.
