La partida anteriormente votada se incluirá en el Presupuesto de rentas y gastos de la próxima vigencia. Si así no se hiciere, el Gobierno procederá administrativamente a abrir un crédito extraordinario por igual suma con tal fin.

Parágrafo

La suma anterior será entregada al Tesorero de la Junta del Monumento, previa la presentación de las respectivas cuentas.
