Los importadores de vehículos automóviles clasificados por la partida 8703, para los cuales se han fijado precios mínimos oficiales por la DIAN, estarán excluidos de la obligación establecida en el artículo 1º del Decreto 861 de 1995, siempre y cuando presenten un certificado expedido por el fabricante que acredite el año de fabricación del vehículo y el precio del equipo opcional si lo hubiere.
