Modifíquese El Artículo 2

Decreto 1599 de 2022 · por el cual se adiciona la Parte 11 al Libro 2 del Decreto 780 de 2016, en relación con la Política de Atención Integral en Salud, en el marco de las áreas geográficas para la gestión en salud y se modifican los artículos 2.5.1.1.1, 2.5.1.3.2.1, 2.5.2.3.3.3 y se adiciona el artículo 2.5.3.8.3.1.6 a dicho decreto.

°. Modifíquese el artículo 2.5.1.3.2.1 del Decreto 780 de 2016, el cual quedará así: “Artículo 2.5.1.3.2.1 Condiciones de capacidad tecnológica y científica. Las condiciones de capacidad tecnológica y científica del Sistema Único de Habilitación para Prestadores de Servicios de Salud serán los estándares de habilitación establecidos por el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social.

Parágrafo

Los profesionales independientes que prestan servicios de salud sólo estarán obligados a cumplir con las normas relativas a la capacidad tecnológica y científica”.
