DEL PROMEDIO DEL CONSUMO. Para efectos del promedio del consumo cuando sea necesario, la empresa deberá tomar el valor promedio de los últimos seis (6) períodos de consumo normal si la facturación se realiza mensualmente, o de las últimas tres (3) facturaciones cuando éstas se realicen bimestralmente. Salvo fuerza mayor, no se podrá facturar a un inmueble con base en el promedio de su consumo por más de dos (2) períodos si la facturación se realiza bimestralmente, y cuatro (4) períodos si ésta es mensual.
