DE LOS ORGANISNMOS DEPORTIVOS. Los clubes deportivos, los clubes promotores, los clubes profesionales, las ligas, asociaciones deportivas departamentales y del Distrito Capital y federaciones deportivas nacionales y Comité Paralímpico Colombiano, son organismos deportivos integrantes del Sistema Nacional del Deporte, sujetos a la inspección, vigilancia y control del Ministerio del Deporte. Sus planes y programas hacen parte del plan nacional del deporte, la recreación, la actividad física y el aprovechamiento del tiempo libre

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.9.3.1. Comité Paralímpico Colombiano. El comité paralímpico colombiano como organismo de derecho privado estará integrado por las Federaciones Deportivas Nacionales de personas con limitaciones físicas, sensoriales o mentales, que acrediten su afiliación a las respectivas federaciones internacionales. Para constituirse, el comité paralímpico requiere como mínimo del concurso de dos Federaciones Deportivas Nacionales.
