º . Plazo de disolución y liquidación . La disolución y liquidación de la "Unidad Administrativa Especial Liquidadora de los Asuntos del Instituto de Crédito Territorial" será desde el 28 de mayo de 2002 hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2002, fecha en la cual se suscribirá el acta de liquidación final, por parte de los representantes legales de la mencionada Unidad y del Inurbe.
