El artículo 1240 del Código Civil quedará así:
Son legitimarios:
Los hijos legítimos, adoptivos y extramatrimoniales personalmente, o representados por su descendencia legítima o extramatrimonial.
Los ascendientes.
Los padres adoptantes.
Los padres de sangre del hijo adoptivo de forma simple.
