Art. 235. El efecto de esta resolución es obligar al ordenador á dar una fianza por el importe del alcance, á satisfacción del Administrador general, ó á consignar en la Administración general el importe del alcance líquido, que se mantendrá allí en depósito hasta que la Cámara de Representantes, á la cual se dará cuenta inmediatamente, si estuviere reunida, ó en su siguiente reunión, con el expediente, además del informe general de la Corte de Cuentas prevenido en el artículo 1368 del Código Fiscal, relativo al examen de la Cuenta general del Presupuesto y del Tesoro, decida definitivamente, haciendo efectivo el reintegro ó disponiendo la devolución en caso absolutorio.
