Transporte internacional y de cabotaje . Los servicios de transporte marítimo pueden ser internacionales o de cabotaje. Los servicios internacionales se prestan entre puertos extranjeros y puertos colombianos y los de cabotaje entre puertos colombianos.

Parágrafo

Cuando en desarrollo de una operación de transporte de cabotaje se efectúe cargue o descargue de mercancías o se embarque o desembarque pasajeros en un puerto extranjero, se considerará para todos los efectos como transporte internacional.
