Art. 15.° Por consiguiente los contratos celebrados en Colombia entre el Gobierno y personas extranjeras, sean individuos ó corporaciones, se sujetaran a la ley colombiana; y los deberes y derechos provenientes de esos contratos se definirán exclusivamente por los jueces ó tribunales locales.

Parágrafo

Será condición expresa de todo contrato de esta especie, que el extranjero renuncie á intentar reclamación diplomática en lo tocante á los deberes y derechos originados del contrato, salvo en el caso de denegación de justicia.
