Entiéndese por servicios de vigilancia permanentes, aquellos cuya duración del contrato exceda de seis (6) meses; transitorios, aquellos cuya duración del contrató no sea mayor de seis` (6) meses ni inferior a dieciséis (16) días; especiales, aquellos que se presten de manera ocasional o esporádica y cuya duración del contrato no exceda de quince (15) días.
