Artículo octavo. Las personas que sin tener el grado de profesional de que trata el presente Decreto, ejerzan o usen el título de ingeniero agrónomo, serán sancionadas con multas de $100.00 a $1.000.00, que impondrán sucesivamente los Alcaldes Municipales, previa comprobación del acto por el Consejo Profesional Agronómico o sus representantes en los Departamentos, y cuyo valor ingresará a los respectivos Tesoros Municipales.
