Los Registradores Municipales y Auxiliares no podrán ser elegidos miembros de corporaciones públicas durante el ejercicio de su cargo, ni dentro de los seis (6) meses siguientes, contados a partir del día en que hayan cesado en el desempeño de sus funciones.
