La presente ley tiene por objeto el fortalecimiento en la implementación de las medidas del sector público para eliminar barreras de empleabilidad de los jóvenes entre 18 y 28 años, con el fin de ampliar la oferta de empleos en las entidades públicas a nivel nacional por medio del fortalecimiento de las prerrogativas contenidas en el artículo 196 de la Ley 1955 de 2019.
