Perfeccionamiento y ejecución. El contrato se entenderá perfeccionado con la firma del Ministro de Minas y Energía en nombre de la Nación y del concesionario y podrá comenzar su ejecución una vez se hayan pagado los derechos de publicación en el Diario Oficial , el impuesto de timbre y se encuentren aprobadas las garantías del contrato por parte del Ministerio de Minas y Energía.
