º Desde la publicación del presente Decreto, la transmisión y recepción de los despachos telegráficos sobre aviso de giros postales estará a cargo de los Jefes de Oficinas Telegráficas, únicamente , y se fijan para la transmisión y recibo de estos despachos las horas de 12 m. a 1 p.m. y de 5 p.m. a 6p.m. Fuera de estas horas no se dará curso a ninguno de estos telegramas. En la Oficina Central de Bogotá este servicio se prestará por el jefe de turno.
