º Los contratos de servicios de salud que celebre el Instituto de Seguros Sociales con los organismos Cooperativos en desarrollo de los artículos 11 del Decreto 1700 de 1977 y 135 de la Ley 79 de 1988, se hará con fundamento en los instrumentos a que hace mención el artículo 27 del Decreto reglamentario 07 de 1980, y estarán sujetos a los procedimientos administrativos y de control allí previstos.
