Interés general . La investigación e imposición de derechos compensatorios responden al interés público de prevenir y corregir las eventuales causas que generen un daño importante, de la amenaza del daño importante o del retraso importante en la creación de una rama de producción nacional, siempre que exista relación con importaciones subvencionadas, y aplican de manera general para cualquier importador de los productos sobre los que tales derechos recaen.
