° Los Comalidos Territoriales de Zona Militar informarán al Ministerio de Guerra (Estado Mayor General) cada vez que un Municipio sea creado o suprimido por la Asamblea Departamental respectiva, a fin de que aquella, entidad lo incluya en el Distrito Militar correspondiente, si fuere el caso, o lo retire de él.
