Ámbito de aplicación. El presente capítulo se aplica a las pequeñas y medianas empresas (Pymes), así clasificadas de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 2° de la Ley 590 de 2000, modificada por el artículo 43 de la Ley 1450 de 2011, o la norma que lo sustituya, reglamente o modifique.
