Los alimentos que no requieran de empaque o envase se almacenarán en forma que se evite su contaminación o alteración, para evitar riesgos higiénico-sanitarios al consumidor.

Parágrafo

En el expendio de los alimentos a que se refiere este artículo se deberán tener elementos de protección, como gabinetes o vitrinas, adecuados, fáciles de lavar y de desinfectar. Además, deberá disponerse de utensilios apropiados para la manipulación.
