A los vinos de frutas nacionales sanas, fabricados en el país, se les podrá mezclar la cantidad de alcohol puro destilado, necesario para la conservación de tales vinos, no debiendo pasar esa cantidad de un quince por ciento (15 por 100), por volumen.

Queda adicionado en esta forma el artículo 6º de la Ley 88 de 1923 .

Parágrafo

El alcohol que se emplee en la fabricación de estos vinos debe adquirirse de los Departamentos o de los rematadores, en las secciones donde estén rematadas las rentas.
