ARTICULO 315. Injuria y calumnia indirectas. A las penas previstas en los Artículos anteriores quedará sometido quien publicare, reprodujere, repitiere injuria o calumnia imputada por otro, o quien haga la imputación de modo impersonal o con las expresiones "se dice, se asegura" u otra semejante.
