A partir de enero de 1975 para recibir auxilios o aportes que provengan directa o indirectamente de la Nación o del Presupuesto de los Servicios Seccionales de Salud. Todos los organismos, instituciones agencias y entidades del Sistema Nacionales de Salud deberán modificar su estructura y régimen de funcionamiento de acuerdo a los términos de este Decreto.
