El artículo 36 de la Ley 141 de 1994 quedará así:

"Artículo 36. Distribución de las regalías derivadas de la explotación de oro, plata y platino. Las regalías por la explotación de oro, plata y platino se distribuirán así:

Municipios o distritos productores

87%
