Las multas y cauciones prendarias o finanzas exigibles que las autoridades judiciales impongan en cumplimiento de las funciones que la Ley les otorga, deben ser consignadas en el Banco Popular, en la Caja de Crédito Agrario Industrial y Minero en las Administraciones de Recaudación de Impuestos Nacionales o en las tesorerías Municipales, según el caso, a favor del Fondo Rotatorio del Ministerio de Justicia.
