El que decomisare armas, o el que reciba armas decomisas y sin causa justificativa no las entregare a quien corresponda, o no las remitiere a los parques correspondientes pasados quince (15) días de la fecha en que se hizo el decomiso, o recibió el arma, incurrirá en las mismas penas señaladas para el delito militar de hurto.
