Articulo único. Aclárase la parte final del

Parágrafo

del artículo 1º del Decreto número 971 de 1949 en el sentido de que el cargo de Oficial Mayor de la Bolsa de Inmigrantes se equiparará al de Oficial Auxiliar (Tercero) del Departamento de Inmigración, Extranjería y .Naturalizaciones del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores en categoría como en sueldo, y ello con retroactividad al 1º de mayo de 1919, fecha desde la cual viene prestando sus servicios el titular.

Parágrafo

Artículo 1 DECRETO 971 de 1949 Comuníquese y publíquese.
