El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación en el Diario Oficial y deja sin efectos las disposiciones que le sean contrarias en materia de garantías a ser otorgadas por los asignatarios de permisos de uso del espectro radioeléctrico de bandas identificadas para servicios IMT.

Decreto 1740 de 2023 · por medio del cual se modifica en materia de la contraprestación económica por el uso del espectro radioeléctrico y sus garantías, el Libro 2, Parte 2, Título 2, Capítulos 1 y 4 del Decreto Único Reglamentario del sector de Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones, Decreto 1078 de 2015.
