º . Adiciónese al artículo 8º del Decreto 01 de 2001 el siguiente

Parágrafo

Para efectos de la restitución del pasivo a que hace referencia el presente artículo, se tendrá en cuenta que en virtud del pago realizado por la Nación en desarrollo del mismo, la misma se subroga en los créditos que hayan sido atendidos con dichos recursos, en los términos del artículo 2493 del Código Civil."
