Autorización de Vigencias Futuras sin especificar su valor. El Consejo Superior de Política Fiscal – CONFIS- o quien éste delegue podrá autorizar la asunción de compromisos que afecten presupuestos de vigencias futuras sin especificar su valor, cuando se trate de la administración de fondos especiales o contribuciones parafiscales sujetos al monto de las apropiaciones presupuestales que se hagan en la respectiva vigencia.
