Art. 34. Autorízase al Poder Ejecutivo para mandar cobrar en el Territorio de San Andres i San Luis de Providencia un derecho de importacion hasta del cinco por ciento sobre el valor de los efectos que se importen para el consumo, tomando por base la declaracion jurada del importador, cuyos derechos se aplicarán para pagar el sueldo del Prefecto i su Secretario. Al efecto, queda autorizado el Poder Ejecutivo para establecer un Administrador i otros empleados de la Aduana i señalarles un sueldo pagadero del producto de los espresados derechos.
