Los responsables que tienen derecho a devoluciones, deberán presentar su primera solicitud junto con su Declaración de Venta de noviembre-diciembre de 1974, o de octubre-noviembre-diciembre, según el caso, la segunda, con la Declaración de marzo-abril; la tercera con la Declaración de julio-agosto; la cuarta con la Declaración de noviembre-diciembre de 1975 y, a partir del bimestre enero-febrero de 1976, en los términos del artículo 18 de este Decreto.
