° El terreno que quede, hechas las adjudicaciones dichas, se reservará para adjudicarlo a los nuevos pobladores que se avecinden en el distrito, por porciones de 8 a 12 hectaras a cada uno, segun el valor i calidad del terreno. La adjudicacion se hará por la Junta mencionada, a solicitud del interesado, i será aprobada por el Poder Ejecutivo del Estado, observándose las disposiciones anteriores.
