El artículo 58 del Decreto 622 del 5 de abril de 2000, quedará así: "Los trámites para el traslado y entrega de la documentación de los registros públicos de los municipios que cambien de jurisdicción deberán efectuarse conforme a lo previsto en la Resolución 1078 de 1986 expedida por la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, dentro de los 30 días calendario siguientes a la publicación del presente decreto".
