Articulo 1.° Créase la Región de Planificación de la Orinoquia, conformada por el territorio correspondiente al Departamento del Meta, las Intendencias de Arauca y Casanare y las Comisarías de Guainía, Guaviare, Vaupés y Vichada.

Parágrafo

Harán parte de la Región de Planificación que se crea en virtud de este artículo, los territorios de los departamentos, intendencias o comisarías que se creen en el futuro dentro del territorio de la Región de Planificación.
