ARTICULO 17. TRANSFERENCIA DE BIENES. - El Gobierno Nacional transferirá al Fondo de Solidaridad y Emergencia Social los bienes muebles e inmuebles que este requiera para el cumplimiento de sus funciones. El Director Ejecutivo del Fondo de Solidaridad y Emergencia Social transferirá a la Nación - Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República los bienes muebles e inmuebles que el Departamento requiera para su funcionamiento, mediante acta e inventario que suscribirán los Directores de las dos entidades.
