Art. 310. Cuando notificado el Capitan de un buque de que debe salir, no lo verificare, se pondrá a bordo, a su costa, una custodia de los individuos del Resguardo que designe el Administrador. La cantidad que pague el Capitan por los celadores puestos a bordo, será equivalente al sueldo que en proporcion corresponde a éstos, e ingresará al Tesoro nacional.
