La Sala, aunque la demanda de casación cumpla los requisitos formales, podrá inadmitirla, mediante providencia motivada, cuando exista identidad esencial del caso con jurisprudencia reiterada de la Corte, salvo que el recurrente demuestre la necesidad de variar su sentido.
