Artículo único. Los Presidentes de las Juntas de Fomento en los Corregimientos Intendenciales y Comisarías, suplirán tambié a los agentes del Ministerio Público en todos aquellos asuntos en que estos deben intervenir, de conformidad con las disposiciones del Código de Procedimiento Penal. En los anteriores términos se adiciona el artículo 29 del Decreto 2451 de 1943, reglamentario de la Ley 2ª del mismo año.
