Art. 6.° Destínase para atender á los gastos que demanda el cumplimiento de la Ley sobre elecciones populares, incluyendo los de viáticos para miembros de los Consejos y Jurados electorales, á razón de cuatro pesos ($ 4) por miriámetro, la cantidad hasta de diez mil pesos ($ 10,000).
